Mercer Facilities Grant Program
The County of Mercer is pleased to present the launch of the Mercer Facilities Grant program, which dedicates American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to support non-profits and municipalities in implementing facility improvements that benefic non-profits that provide crucial services to residents. This will be done through an allocation of $2,000,000.00 to the Mercer Facilities Grant program.

Submission Deadline: Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first served basis until all funds are expended. Applications should be submitted to MercerCountyGrants@grantworks.net.
Award Date: Discretionary grants will be awarded to selected organizations to accomplish the objectives of the Program. The County will exercise its sole and best judgement to determine which organizations shall be selected for grant awards. Grant awards will be determined based on need, priorities of the County, assessment of the organization’s response, and availability of funds. The County makes no guarantee that it will fund any organization under this Program or the amount of grant funds that will be awarded.
Successful Applicants will be awarded on a rolling basis with complete applications until all funds are awarded. Funds will be disbursed up-front – however, the County may recapture and be reimbursed by Applicant for any payments made by the County should it be found that (1) false information was provided in the application and eligibility supporting documentation, (2) documentation required to close out the grant award are not provided or (3) the Applicant is found to be federally debarred or on the State of New Jersey debarment list.
