The tax appeal deadline is Wednesday, April 1, 2026
If the Petition of Appeal form is downloaded, remember that one copy must be served on the Mercer County Board of Taxation at 640 South Broad Street, Room 317 Trenton, N.J. 08611, and one copy each to the Municipal Assessor and Municipal Clerk.

The Petition of Appeal may also be obtained from the Tax Board office at the above location, the Municipal Assessor’s office or requested by telephone.
