N.J.S.A. 19:4-1.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S.19:4-1, or any other law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, any registered voter who is 17 years of age prior to the date on which a primary election for the general election is held shall be permitted to vote in that primary election if the registered voter attains 18 years of age on or before the day of the next succeeding general election.

Mission Statement

Ensure and enforce compliance with New Jersey State Election Law Title 19. Regulate voter registration processes, accept and review voter registration applications. Review registration records to assure continued eligibility, and investigate applications and provisional ballots irregularities. Serve as primary Custodian of all voting machines and elections related apparatuses.
