Landscape Architecture Professor Eric Tamulonis of Temple University has long been interested in the possibilities of park development on Trenton's waterfront, potentially enabled by the NJ 29 Boulevard project.  In files linked below, he compares Trenton's opportunity with major park development projects in other US cities, provides summary brochures on Trenton's riverfront reclamation benefits, and shares slide decks from two urban planning graduate studios he led in which students developed concepts for park facilities in the project area.

While having no standing as agency-sponsored planning studies, the students' concepts are rich in imagination for what Trenton's riverfront has the potential to become.
