Pursuant to the NJ Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the Mercer County Park Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 5:30 pm, at the Hunt Barn, 197 Blackwell Road, Pennington, NJ 08534. The Commission reserves the right to make additions or alterations to the agenda, and/or enter into Executive Session. NOTICE is hereby given that on January 28, 2026, the governing body of the Mercer County Park Commission authorized the Option to Extend the Competitive Contract with Jason Aversa/dba JA Farrier Service LLC, for farrier and related services for the Mercer County Equestrian Center and Howell Living History Farm. Period: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Amount: $18,500.00. All other terms remain the same. (Option Year 1) (CC2025-15). The resolution and contract are available for public inspection at the administrative office of the Mercer County Park Commission, 197 Blackwell Rd, Pennington, NJ 08534. 
 

MERCER COUNTY PARK COMMISSION 
NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that on January 28, 2026, the governing body of the Mercer County Park Commission approved a Blanket Purchase Agreement with Fulper Farms LLC, for the on-call purchase and delivery of Perishable Timothy Hay for the Mercer County Equestrian Center. Period: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Amount: $9.00 per bale; total amount up to, but not to exceed $10,750.00. Period: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Amount: Up to, but not to exceed $9,7500.00. The resolution and contract are available for public inspection at the administrative office of the Mercer County Park Commission, 197 Blackwell Rd, Pennington, NJ 08534. 

MERCER COUNTY PARK COMMISSION

NOTICE is hereby given that on January 28, 2026, the governing body of the Mercer County Park Commission authorized a Professional Services Agreement (awarded through a “non-fair and open process”) with CME Associates, to provide professional engineering design, survey, construction administration and inspection services for outdoor tennis facility sports lighting improvements, Township of West Windsor. Period: January 28, 2026 through completion of the project. Amount: $42,479.08. The resolution and contract are available for public inspection at the administrative office of the Mercer County Park Commission, 197 Blackwell Rd, Pennington, NJ 08534. 
 

MERCER COUNTY PARK COMMISSION

NOTICE is hereby given that on January 28, 2026, the governing body of the Mercer County Park Commission authorized a Professional Services Agreement (awarded through a “non-fair and open process”) with CME Associates, to provide professional engineering design, survey, construction administration and inspection services, for outdoor tennis court reconstruction and crack repair, Township of West Windsor. Period: January 28, 2026 through completion of the project. MERCER COUNTY PARK COMMISSION

NOTICE is hereby given that on January 28, 2026, the governing body of the Mercer County Park Commission authorized a Competitive Contract with Torregaveta, LLC/DBA Blend, for Concessionaire Catering Services at Mountain View Golf Course and Princeton Country Club. Period: January 28, 2026 through December 31, 2028; with an option to extend the contract for one (1) two-year period, or two (2) one-year periods. Monthly fee paid to Park Commission: Year 1: $10,500.00; Year 2: $11,000.00; Year 3: $11,500.00 (CC2025-35). The resolution and contract are available for public inspection at the administrative office of the Mercer County Park Commission, 197 Blackwell Rd, Pennington, NJ 08534.
