Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
The Mercer County Correction Center is committed to protecting our local waterways and environment by following the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s (NJDEP) stormwater regulations. Our Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) outlines how we manage rainwater runoff to prevent pollutants from entering streams, rivers, and groundwater. Through regular inspections, maintenance of storm drains, proper waste handling, and staff training, we work to keep our stormwater clean and protect the Delaware River and surrounding watershed.
