    Notice is hereby given, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10 Et. Seq., the

    Open Public Meetings Act. Under the Open Public Meeting Act N.J.S.A.

    10:4-12(b), a public body may hold a closed or executive session when

    it is dealing with one of the nine exemptions listed as per N.J.S.A.

    10:4-12(b). The Mercer County Board of Elections monthly meeting

    will be held 1/13/2026 at 12:00pm. At the Board of Elections, 930 Spruce St,
