BOARD OF ELECTIONS MONTHLY MEETING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10 Et. Seq., the
Open Public Meetings Act. Under the Open Public Meeting Act N.J.S.A.
10:4-12(b), a public body may hold a closed or executive session when
it is dealing with one of the nine exemptions listed.
Be it resolved in accordance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 to 10:4-21, known as “The Sunshine Law”, the Board of Elections of Mercer County hereby establishes their meeting dates of the Board for the remainder of 2025 as follows:
