The County of Mercer requests bids for the provision of cleaning Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning units hereinafter referred to as “HVAC” ducts, air handlers, fans, including all ancillary items and associated equipment (i.e., grills, registers, screens, etc.) for the Department of Buildings and Grounds, Airport and other County agencies on an as needed basis for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1)year. All questions can be submitted via Bidnet question portal or sent via email to scadet@mercercounty.org.

Bid documents may be obtained from the bid platform BidNet Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-jersey/mercercounty .  Bids shall be electronically uploaded, no physical bids shall be received, opened or honored per notice to bidders.  Please contact BidNet for  assistance with electronic bid submission 1800-835-4603 Option 2.
