Division of Youth Services Re-Request for Proposals for Mercer House Shelter Operations 2026-2027

The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services, is accepting proposals for the period of October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027, with two (2) one-year Options to Extend. A total of approximately $1,375,000.00 is available for the Shelter Operations at Mercer House. 

The Mercer County Department of Human Services (MCDHS) is looking to fund an agency that demonstrates effective programming that achieves intended outcomes. The applicants must have the ability to provide supervision, case management services, and direct programming for justice-involved youth. Agencies are expected to identify clear, achievable performance outcomes in their proposals and create internal procedures to track whether goals are being met.
