The County of Mercer has partnered with the New Jersey Purchasing Group to publish solicitations and we welcome your participation using BidNet Direct as its electronic bidding service.

All new bid opportunities will now be posted and available on the BidNet website for the Department of Purchasing.

The Mercer County Park Commission is seeking proposals for a qualified vendor to provide beer and wine concessionaire services for, but not limited to, events scheduled for the Mercer County Park Commission Summer Concert Series. All questions in writing via email to:  imaldonado@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet direct portal. 

RFP/BID DOCUMENTS 

Bid documents may be obtained from the bid platform BidNet Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-jersey/mercercounty .  Bids shall be electronically uploaded, no physical bids shall be received, opened or honored per notice to bidders.  Please contact BidNet for  assistance with electronic bid submission 1800-835-4603 Option 2.
