The County of Mercer requests bids for janitorial services at 209 South Broad Street in Trenton, NJ . The expected services and products are described in this request for bid (RFB). The intent of this RFB is to award a contract to that responsive and responsible bidder whose bid proposal, conforming to this RFB, is most advantageous to the County in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contract Laws. Bidders shall have experience providing similar services. Contract will commence JULY 2026; all questions can be sent via email to imaldonado@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet direct portal by June 3,2026.

SITE VISIT
A site visit is scheduled for June 2, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. A site visit is not a mandatory requirement, but it is strongly recommended. Failure to attend does not relieve the respondent of any obligations or requirements.
