Office on Addiction Services Request for Proposals for 12 Hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC) 2026-2027

The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Addiction Services, is accepting proposals for the period of one year from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional year (September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028), to provide community-based addictions services for indigent Mercer County residents in the amount of $0.00.  

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26 2B-9-2 et seq., N.J.S.A. 39-4-50 (f) et seq. the County of Mercer, in cooperation with the State of New Jersey Intoxicated Driving Program and the Division of Motor Vehicles, is required to designate and establish a county or regional Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC). Applicants must have an ability to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the New Jersey State Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), Intoxicated Driving Program (IDP).
