The Mercer County Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the food, refreshment and catering concessions at the Mountain View Golf Course and the Princeton Country Club. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek out and select one Licensee who will provide high quality food service and beverage at reasonable prices for banquets, special events, daily golfers and patrons with an emphasis on customer service. The term of the agreement shall be for three (3) years, commencing January 1, 2026; with an option to extend the Contract for a two-year period, or two (2) one-year periods. The Mercer County Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the food, refreshment and catering concessions at the Mountain View Golf Course and the Princeton Country Club.
