Notice of Intent to Award Contract (s) under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement

The County of Mercer intends to participate in the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract for the purchase made available through Sourcewell from Montage Enterprises, Inc. under Sourcewell Contract #032525-MNT for purchase of:

TWO (2) KUTMOR 88” REAR FLAIL MOWERS

TWO (2) KUTMOR 74” RIGHT SIDE FLAIL MOWER DECKS

TWO (2) KUTMOR 88” RIGHT SIDE FLAIL MOWER DECKS

ONE (1) KUTMOR 96” REAR FLAIL MOWER

SEVEN (7) (PACKS OF 100) 002512 SH FLAIL BLADES

It is the intent of the County of Mercer to award one or more contracts to Montage Enterprises, Inc. for the foregoing goods and services pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Sourcewell Contract ##032525-MNT request for proposal.

The County of Mercer has been a member of the Sourcewell cooperative since September 12,2019. The County of Mercer is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3) and LFN 2012-10.

Any comments must be in writing and received by the Mercer County Purchasing Agent via email imaldonado@mercercounty.org no later than 11:00 am on December 23,2025.

Contractors shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
