Office on Addiction Services Request for Proposals for Opioid Settlement Funding for Treatment, Wrap-Around, and Transportation Services 2026

he Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Addiction Services, is accepting proposals for addictions services for indigent Mercer County residents for the period of February 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, in an amount up to $270,000.00, with an option to extend for an additional one-year.

Funding will be made available in the following service categories, consistent with Exhibit E – List of Opioid Remediation Uses:

  • Support for People in Treatment and Recovery / Multiple contracts may be awarded per category.
    • Treatment - up to $50,000 per agency 
    • Wrap-Around Services - up to $50,000 per agency
    • Transportation - up to $10,000 per agency
