Division of Youth Services Re-Request for Proposals for Home Alternative Release Program, Preschool Services, Treatment Services and Transportation Services 2026-2027

The Mercer County Department of Human Services (MCDHS), Division of Youth Services, is accepting proposals in four (4) service categories utilizing County and Youth Justice Commission (YJC) funds for the period of February 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. The below description outlines the four (4) available service categories. The funding allocation is contingent upon the availability of funding in the 2026 and 2027 Mercer County calendar year budgets.

Funding will be made available in the following service categories:

Home Alternative Release Program (HARP)
Preschool Services
Treatment Services
Transportation (court-involved youth)
