The County of Mercer seeks proposals from prequalified NJDOT consultants for Highway Design (H-1), Traffic Engineering (T-1), and Hydrology (H-3) to provide a Local Concept Development Study for the conversion of Route 29 in Trenton to an urban boulevard, through a “fair and open” process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Through this RFP, Mercer County is seeking to engage one firm or a principal and subconsultants to provide professional engineering and associated services as described below. The project limits are NJ 29, Landing Street to North of Calhoun Street (CR 653) Interchange, entirely in the City of Trenton. Please send all questions to imaldonado@mercercounty.org.

Specifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained through BidNet Direct.  Respondents are to mail in RFP responses in a timely manner via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. If they must be hand-delivered, potential bidders/respondents may drop them off to the Purchasing Department at the County’s Administration Building, 640 South Broad Street, Room 321, Trenton, New Jersey 08650 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bid/RFP responses must be in by 11:30 A.M. the day of the opening.
