Caregiver Fall Prevention Program

Falls are the leading cause of traumatic injuries in older adults.

This fall prevention program for caregivers and older adults is designed to address the factors that contribute to falls, including physical deconditioning, environmental hazards, and medication side effects.

We will discuss ways to improve strength, balance, and confidence to reduce fall-related injuries, as well as what to do if a fall occurs.

This program is presented by the Senior Well-Being program at Oaks Integrated Care.

The Senior Well-Being program is funded by the Older Americans Act and the Mercer County Office on Aging.

Registration required, please call (609) 890-9800.
