In partnership with Mercer County Connection, the Affordable Housing Alliance offers Mercer County residents who are struggling with mortgage payments the opportunity to consult with a HUD Certified Counselor.

The AHA assists first-time homebuyers in evaluating their readiness for mortgage and understanding the purchasing process.

Additionally, it offers reverse mortgage guidance to help seniors tap into their home equity for aging in place, all through individualized one-on-one counseling sessions.
