A Summer Solstice Forest Bathing Retreat

A Summer Solstice Forest Bathing Retreat🌿

The summer solstice, occurring when a hemisphere tilts maximumly toward the sun, marks the longest day and shortest night of the year, symbolizing the peak of power, light and abundance. On this day, Rich Collins of the Friendly Territory will lead a slow, meditative journey into nature, designed to awaken the senses and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.

Through gentle guidance, you’ll explore the physiological, mental, emotional, and psycho-spiritual benefits that come from our connection with the natural world. More than relaxation, this practice can also help support and strengthen the immune system.

No special skills or fitness are required—just an openness to experience. The walk lasts about 2.5 hours and is accessible to all. Please wear layers, and bring insect repellant.

Come as you are. Leave renewed.

Price: $40/person
Parking: 600 Snowden Lane, the Herrontown Woods parking lot, near the Barden.
