(TRENTON) - The Mercer County Board of Chosen Freeholders recently honored Pennington resident Diane Beebe, winner of the 2014 Ms. New Jersey Senior America Pageant. The pageant, which began in 1971, showcases women over 60 years of age who have reached the "Age of Elegance." Ms. Beebe performed "Bring Him Home," a number from the musical Les Miserables, for the talent portion of the competition. Contestants are also required to declare their philosophy of life, which Ms. Beebe stated was to "live life without regrets."

Ms. Beebe, a licensed New Jersey realtor for over 30 years, will travel to Atlantic City in November for the National competition.
