***March 18, 2020 - Public Notice***

      Please take notice that in accordance with Mercer County Executive Order 2020-01 and the Mercer County Executive's decision to close Mercer County buildings due to the coronavirus (COVD-19) public health crisis, the Mercer County Planning Board's April 8, 2020 public meeting is hereby cancelled.

      Due to the foregoing, the Planning Board will not be able to review any applications for development until further notice.

      Any updates to this restriction will be posted on the Mercer County website ( as well as the Planning Department's webpage upon receipt of such change.
