Homeless Hotline

Mercer County residents experiencing homelessness can visit the Mercer County Board of Social Services at 200 Woolverton Street in Trenton or the Coordinated Entry Assessment System (CEAS) Center at 509 Perry Street in Trenton from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If in need of help on weekends or after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, call the Homeless Hotline operated by NJ 211 by dialing 211.

Please note that beginning Jan. 1, 2020, the State of New Jersey operates the Mercer County Homeless Hotline (including Code Blue). Mercer County residents experiencing a homeless emergency should call NJ 211 by dialing 211. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and is free, confidential, multilingual, and always open.
